- I have called USR tech support line atleast 20 times with absolutely no
- luck. not even a single time a tech support rep came on line. I have
- already wasted atleast ten dollars in phone calls. I have waited for
- even an hour, sent a e.mail to tech support a week back have not heard
- from them.

- I am still unable to receive faxes from fax machines despite some
- suggestions that I should change the fax group to Class 1 or class 2.00
- which I tried. Who so ever claims to have fixed the problem on their
- sportster 28.8 must be fooling themselves. I do not think it is a
- software problem.

- TOO, BECAUSE YOU ARE BUYING A MODEM & FAX SEND ONLY.....YOU WILL NOT
- RECEIVE INCOMING FAXES FROM 90% OF THE FAX MACHINES. ON TOP OF IT YOU
- WILL NOT HAVE ANY TECH SUPPORT.
